        I would hire Debra Fines for the job because the following reasons. First, Debra has more education than Lynn. I think Debra may have more knowledge than Lynn. Second, Debra has lots of employment experiences, while Lynn doesn’t. Unlike Lynn, Debra is also a competitive swimmer. Finally, Lynn got the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2004, however, Debra published the English Verb Tenses and Shortman Publishing Company in 2006. For these reasons, I think Debra is qualified and suitable for the job. That’s why I hire Debra for the English instructor.
